PRODUCT INFO
To use HexChecksTM test sticks, activate the stick and sweep it across the suspect surface. When the test swab comes into contact with Cr6, the tip of the swab will turn pink/purple. The darker the color, the higher the concentration of Cr(VI).
To use HexChecksTM Neutralizer, place one Neutralizer Pack in a clean 32 fl oz / 946 ml Neutralizer Spray Bottle. Add water and mix thoroughly.
Spray the HexChecksTM Neutralizer solution onto the suspected area until wet, leave for 10 seconds, then wipe off.
The hexavalent chrome is then largely neutralized.
To check that all HexChrome has been neutralized, use a HexChecksTM test stick. If the color of the test stick does not change, all HexChrome has been neutralized.
This kit will surely help you protect your employees to keep HexChrome under control.
Please note that protective clothing that has been contaminated with chromium (VI) or its compounds (chromates) must be labeled as special waste. If necessary, decontamination of the protective clothing with HexChecks TM Neutralizer is recommended.
Do NOT carry out cleaning work with liquids in rooms with direct sewage drainage.
