Returns and Complaints Withdrawal from the Contract If you are a privileged buyer, meaning: A) a consumer or B) a natural person for whom the contract you concluded with us is directly related to your business activities, but is not of a professional nature, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase contract. You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a notice of withdrawal, e.g., by email to the following address: Kavar.Shop@Kavar.Shop. You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The 14-day withdrawal period begins when you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. In the case of a contract which includes multiple goods which are delivered separately, in batches, or in parts, the period begins when you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last goods, batches, or parts. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a notice of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Please return the goods immediately to the following address: Północna Street, 56-400 Oleśnica, Poland, but no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal from the contract. We will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the store's terms and conditions, but no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notification of withdrawal from the contract. If we have not offered to collect the goods from you ourselves, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. Please note that you are not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract, including contracts: • where the subject matter of the service is not prefabricated goods that are made to your specifications or are intended to satisfy your individual needs; • where the service involves goods that are subject to rapid deterioration or have a short shelf life; • where the service involves goods delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened; • where the service involves audio or video recordings or computer programs delivered in sealed packaging; if the packaging has been opened after delivery. If you are not a privileged buyer, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions for detailed information on the complaint procedure. If we fail to properly fulfill the contract concluded with you, you have the right to file a complaint – preferably by email to shop@cleansulation.eu or by mail to Północna 5, 56-400 Oleśnica, Poland. As a rule, we are liable for any non-conformity of the goods that exists at the time of delivery and becomes known within two years of that date. Based on the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, in such a situation you may request: a) replacement of the goods or b) repair of the goods.
