Shipping and delivery

What you should know

  1. Orders by email or phone will be processed at a later time (up to 3 business days);

  2. Shipping is via courier companies such as B. DPD, DHL, GEIS oa,   depending on the size of the shipment.

  3. Orders with a total weight of more than 100 kg can be sent as pallet transfers  – delivery of the end or delivery at the time of removal from the car (the courier does not deliver the goods to the specified place or premises , as is the case with parcel shipments). The transfer is delivered to the door/gates;

  4. The  order processing process is automatic, so changing the  order or the cash on delivery option is not possible.

  5. Shipments are usually delivered   between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

  6.  We did not send delivery delay   for a limited hour;

 

The customer receives information about the delivery costs and the delivery time before the conclusion of the purchase contract.

 

 The costs of shipping orders abroad from the Republic of Poland is determined individually depending on the place of delivery.

Returns and complaints

Returns and complaints Withdrawal from the contract If you are a privileged buyer, so: A) the consumer or B) a natural person for whom the contract you have concluded with us is directly related to your business activity, but is not of a professional nature for you - in principle, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract. You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal from the contract, e.g. by e-mail sent to the following address: Kavar.Shop@Kavar.Shop. You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The fourteen-day withdrawal period starts to run from the possession of the goods by you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, and in the case of a contract that covers multiple goods that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts, from the taking possession of the last goods, lots or parts. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry. Return the returned goods to us immediately to the following address: 5 Północna Street, 56-400 Oleśnica, but not later than within 14 days from the date on which you withdrew from the contract. We will return the payments made by you immediately on the terms set out in the Regulations of the store, but not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of your statement of withdrawal from the contract. If we have not offered to collect the goods from you ourselves – we may withhold the refund of the payment received from you until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of sending it back – whichever occurs first. Remember that you are not entitled to the right to withdraw from a distance contract, m.in. in relation to the contract: •in which the subject of the service is non-prefabricated goods, manufactured according to your specifications or serving to satisfy your individual needs; •in which the subject of the service is goods subject to rapid deterioration or having a short shelf life; •in which the subject of the service is goods delivered in a sealed package, which after opening the packaging can not be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery; •in which the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the packaging has been opened after delivery. Detailed information on withdrawal from the contract can be found in our Terms and Conditions of the store. Complaints The following content applies to the so-called privileged buyer. If you are not, please refer to our Terms and Conditions for detailed information about the complaint. If we improperly perform the contract concluded with you, you have the right to file a complaint - preferably to the e-mail address: shop@cleansulation.eu or by post to the address Północna 5, 56-400 Oleśnica. As a rule, we are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract, existing at the time of delivery and revealed within two years from that moment. On the basis of the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, you may in such a situation demand: a) exchange of goods or (b) repair of the goods. In some cases, you can also: a) withdraw from the contract or b) make a statement on the price reduction - details in this respect can be found in our Store Regulations.
